September 26, 2014 – The Nevada Supreme Court issued an order of affirmance in favor of attorney Chris Rusby’s client.  At issue on appeal was whether the lower court’s decision to award the entirety of the ex-husband’s pension to the ex-husband, and not divide the pension in favor of the ex-wife, was supported by Nevada law.  Mr. Rusby represented the ex-husband on appeal and was able to convince the Nevada Supreme Court to uphold the lower court’s ruling in favor of his client.
